Ticket terms and conditions:
Purchase of a ticket to the event shall be subject to the following terms and conditions
- This ticket is issued subject to the rules and regulations of the site owners, operators and management.
- It is a licensing condition that every person entering the event site must have a valid ticket.
- Ticket holders are required to carefully check their tickets in advance of their visit; mistakes may not be rectified on the day. Tickets should be retained at all times during the event.
- The event promoter reserves the right to refuse entry of the ticket holder to the event site. Customers found to be causing damage to the site, the site infrastructure, causing harm to any other person on site or in breach of these conditions will be subject to prosecution.
- The event promoter reserves the right to search all persons and personal property and refuse admission to, or eject from, the site any person who refuses to be searched by a security official.
- Any person found to be behaving in a manner deemed unsociable or potentially dangerous will be ejected from the festival site without refund.
- This ticket is not transferable. No money will be refunded or tickets exchanged after purchase.
- No readmission.
- No tickets may be used for competitions, promotions or hospitality packages without the written consent of the event promoter. Any ticket re-sold or transferred in such a manner will become voidable and the holder may be refused admission or ejected from the site.
- Admission to the event site and performance is at the ticket holder's own risk. Neither the event promoter nor the site management will be held liable for any loss, injury or damage sustained within the event site except in respect of death or personal injury resulting from the organisers negligence.
- Ticket holders give their express consent to the use of their actual or simulated likeness in connection with the production, exhibition, advertising or exploitation of any film, video and/or audio recording of this event and/or any element thereof in any/all media throughout the world.
- Standard compact cameras will be permitted, though you will not be able to take in a professional camera i.e. A camera with interchangeable lenses (SLR's) Camcorders or other recording equipment will not be permitted.
- The event promoter reserves the right to make any change whatsoever to the act programme owing to any unforeseen or unavoidable cause.
- Neither the venue nor the event promoter can accept responsibility for lost or stolen property.
- Children under 5 are not permitted. Children under 16 must hold a full price ticket and must be accompanied by a guardian of over 21 who will be required to provide suitable proof of age.
- This festival takes place outdoors. Customers are advised to wear appropriate clothing and footwear and protection against potential inclement weather.
- Strobe lighting may be used during the festival.
- With the exception of special assistance dogs, no animals are permitted onto the site.
- Only buy official merchandise from identified vendors within the event site.
- No trading without the prior consent of the promoters.
- Customers are not permitted to create cordoned off areas anywhere on site.
- No illegal substances may be brought in to the festival site - any found will lead to prosecution.
- The following articles are not permitted within the event site - knives, fireworks, smoke canisters, air-horns, flares, weapons, dangerous or hazardous items, laser devices, glass vessels, cans, poles and any article that might be used as a weapon and / or compromise public safety. Any person in possession of such items may be refused entry into, or ejected from the event site.
- Items with an open flame (e.g. candles, garden fires, barbeques, gas/paraffin lamps) will not be permitted on site.
- Food and drink will be available for purchase at the event. You may bring soft drinks in sealed plastic or paper containers under 500ml as well as food for personal consumption.
- No Alcohol is permitted to be taken into the event site.
- Bar staff will ask for proof of age ID if the customer appears to be under 18. Proof of age will be required before you are able to buy alcohol. The onus is on the individual to demonstrate that they are 18 years old or over and if the individual cannot do so they will not be served.
- Strictly no camping.
- WARNING - Prolonged exposure to loud noise may cause damage to your hearing
