Volunteering

Age restrictions

Children under 5 are not permitted. Children under 16 must hold a full price ticket and must be accompanied by a guardian of over 21 who will be required to provide suitable proof of age.

Please note that there is no separate children's area at this event

Disabled access

All disabled customers are welcome at SUBWAY® Picnic Rocks. If you have query that is not answered below please contact h.drummond@aahuk.org

You will have:

• Priority access at the main entrance
• a specific viewing platform for the main stage
• Accessible, suitable toilets in the arena that will be cleaned regularly

Booking tickets:

• Disabled customers should book tickets through Ticketmaster
• Please then send your Ticketmaster booking number directly to h.drummond@aahuk.org and inform us of your attendance
• Please outline in this email any special requirements or additional assistance you may require

Food and Drink

Food and drink will be available for purchase at the event. You may bring soft drinks in plastic or paper containers under 500ml as well as food for personal consumption.

The following items are not permitted in to the site:

• Chairs, tables, barbecues, primus-stoves etc.
• Alcohol
• Glass or cans
• Food hampers

Bars

There will be a cash only bar onsite. Bar staff will ask for proof of age ID if the customer appears to be under 18. Proof of age will be required before you are able to buy alcohol. The onus is on the individual to demonstrate that they are 18 years old or over and if the individual cannot do so they will not be served. To avoid disappointment please bring suitable ID with you.

Cash Machines

There will be no cash machines available on site.

Cameras

Standard compact cameras will be permitted, though you will not be able to take in a professional camera i.e. a camera with interchangeable lenses (SLRs)

Camcorders or other recording equipment will not be permitted.
